Broken hardware after spinal surgery, is this for valid?
I had spinal surgery 04/30/07. I went back to work 09/04/07, still within pain. The pain got so impossible the doctor had to take me back sour work 10/02/07. After more test they found the hardware(screw) had broken & the spine was shifting stopping the bone from fusing. Has anyone ever hear of this? They wanted me to go back to surgery & I said no. What can I do?
