Can a cyctocele/rectocele/entrocele be repaired surgically beneath an Epidural or spinal anesthetic?

I hate General Anesthesia and I refuse to have Versed after the horrible response I had to it. (I write on every medical form that I'm highly allergic to versed so they don't give it to me.)
Doctors would you tolerate me have this surgery like this? I don't mind being awake at adjectives. I've had several surgeries awake under localized/regional anesthesia.
