Chiropratic Spinal manipulation?
I went to a chiropractor today, and it helped SO MUCH. I am not able to pay cheque for visits as often as I need them, So I be wondering if there was any information online that I could look at. If my wife could do the three basic tequniques, later I could avoid the cost.

He pulled the muscles away from the spine by pressing down on my back. then he strightened by spine by doing a preztle type thing. consequently he did the whole neck crack thing.

They seem to be to be easy enough, provided you learn them properly, and in attendance isnt really any serious injury that coiuld result from this.
So can anyone direct me to a "how to" chiropratic site?

Answers: You do not state what the problem was? Disc, muscle, united, stress, alignment?
Ok, don't know where that info came from. There are dire complications, severe injuries that can come from someone who is not experienced manipulating your nouns and back. A web site is not the answer. Work out a payment plan next to your chiropractor! If this present chiropractor wont do it than get one that will , there are tons of them out there. try this:

A chiropractor treated me for a cervical spine injury and I ended up have 2 spine operations and being disabled for life.
Go to a regular MD and hold him advise you what to do or you could end up like me
