Do you enjoy a spinal fusion?
I was in an accident 3 1/2 yrs ago and broke my hindmost... my spine was fused to fix it. My question is.. is it going to eventually cause an untimely death? My doctor who did it told me I'd probably have to have surgery every 10 years. Any other stuff you know, inform me!
My mother has had spinal fusions and that was roughly 40 years ago. If you had a good doctor then you should not hold to another. One thing that will reduce the healing process is smoking. If you smoke and the fusion does not lift well, then yes you will likely own to have another but I have never heard of have one every 10 years.
