Does anyone hold severe tender legs? I own have spinal surgery as I be told the leg discomfort would move about away..I?
I had spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal column. After several opinions and many other types of treatments I elected to own the surgery. It appears that I am worse off than before.
Then the incision became infected..another surgery be necessary..2 within 8 weeks..I am no bettter off. I will be have a nerve condector test tomorrow.
Has anyone out there have similar problems? Does anyone out there have any advice?
Answers: While a second assessment is always a good option, surgery for spinal stenosis is not other a cure-all. It is possible to have severe pain even after the surgery. It can take week to months for you to fully treat. Even then, surgery does not stop the degeneration process.
If you have compressed nerves, you will experience an aching within the muscles or a loss of feeling altogether. When this happens, your sores/incisions are considerably more likely to become infected as you may not be fully aware of them.
Also, as your hustle and bustle level slows or stops due to pain, you will begin to experience muscle atrophy (the loss of muscle tissue, which is sometimes irremediable.)
Talk to your doctor(s).
Following surgery on my back I too had pains in the leg cause by pressure on the sciatic nerve. Eventually it went but it took above a year leaving me near a numb left foot. Not that it botheres me cos I dont get pain contained by the foot either/ Heat on the area was the only nouns for me I think you need to go to another specialist and catch a second opinion as this type of pain should go away more suddenly after surgery.
Has anyone tried a DORN spinal treatment beside a breuss polish?
Has anyones experienced from dizziness, fatigues and or ringing surrounded by the ears after spinal anesthesia?
If you break your pay for and sever the spinal cord are you doubly incontinent do you hold to wear nappies?
Could i enjoy a spinal fluid soak?
