Does immensity lifting affect a human being next to a slanted spinal cord?

I was wondering if weight lifting will make my wager on problem worst.. because my spinal cord is slanted about 15 degrees ( which is barely noticeable) and i own been going to a chiropractors for like a year now..

would bulk lifting make my spinal cord worst? like make it slanted even more?
No, it is especially earth-shattering that you strengthen your back and muscles supporting your spinal column. So lifting weights will be helpful, not harmful. Of course, engineer sure you are lifting with proper form and posture. You should start out with lighter weights with more repetitions and work your approach up. You don't want to overstrain yourself.

I also know that plain walking is one of the best things you can do for scoliosis. It works the muscles supporting your back.
I have the same probolem. I talk to my chiropractor like last week and he told me lifting weights is fine just not heavey ones. They enjoy to be failry light. Well, I hope I helped =]
