Does ne1 know much going on for amount 1 of spinal bifida ? I'm within so much cramp.?

There's 4 degrees, my niece was 3rd, sadly she's no longer near us. Myself and my daughter are 1st and I'm having so much more pain than I use 2 its getting harder 2 walk but I really dont know if its adjectives related, most of the pain is from the waist down, please can ne1 help ?
