Does the certainty that a girl hasn't have her first extent affect her spinal column?

in junior high, they gave us a "adam's forward bending test", when they tested me they put "diagnosis?" on the tryout sheet results. after that, they gave me a paper to give 2 my grandma to bear me to the doctor. when the doctor tested me, it was the same reaction ("diagnosis?", and they seem to get puzzled when they felt my lower back). the doctor told my grandma to come back for a xray, but we never go back. she told me that the problem was cuz i ddnt start menstruation yet (i be 12yrs old). so when a woman gets her first period, is there some kinda revision in the structure of her spine? my back looks fine today. no abnormal curvatures, no out of the ordinary pain. i do get pains sometime but its cause my brief is physically demanding, and i dnt always sleep in the right positions. im a lil afraid of going to the doctor. specially since its been 12yrs subsequently.
