Excessive sweating after spinal surgery. why?

i have Spina Bifida occulta, i had a 10.5 hour operation in july to decompress the spinal cord and detether the nerves. for those that are au fait with the condition i have lypomylemeningecole (sp.) which is a variation of the sickness.

it took 3months for the wound to finally heal. in the sense of the skin actually united. i suffered with intense spinal leaks of cs fluid, infection, and wound bleeds. i take plentifully of medication, cocodamol, diclafenic, tramadol, amytriptalene, oramorph and an opiate patch sometimes.

since the surgery when i do any walking, even if its only a couple of feet, i sweat excessively from my face, to the point it literally poors bad me. i was on the same medication prior to surgery and didn't sweat anymore then usual. i find this situation significantly embarrassing, i wont go outside unless i have to as i can`t stand people making very rude and unfair comments going on for things they and even i don't understand. ive seen 3 doctors who don't know what the cause is and as a result don't know how to treat this. has anyone experienced this before or does anyone have any notion as to what the issue might be. ive tried researching on the internet and have come up with nothing. if i do move about out, i carry a towel with me and can guarantee that within a couple of hours its drenched. it seem the sweat is on my face and my shoulders. but not in the underarms or hands which is where on earth most people get it. anyone got any planning?

Answers:    There are many possible explanations for this phenomenon but honestly, is this something you should be asking lay-people on Yahoo Answers? Talk to your specialist about it.
"The very underlying explanation for excessive sweating is that a segment of the sympathetic nervous system is responsible for this presentation. What is the sympathetic chain you may ask? This is an autonomous part of the fretful system on which we have no control. The autonomous nervous system has two parts to it, the sympathetic and the parasympathetic. Those systems affect blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety height and many other functions." have you been tested for diabetes ?

My pave the way (ONLY) sweats a LOT (in the humidity, I live in FL) it drips all summer long...(it's due to my temp being 100 adjectives the time (and no I'm not sick) and meds I'm on...)
this question is too hard to anwer see a doctor for profensinal help ok?
you obligation it :)

Might be related to the sympathetic nervous system, Stay hydrated . You are on alot of medications. could be an occult infection.Do you have temperature? Have you had blood cultures or any blood work. Can you try to get off some of the meds of late to see if that helps? Have you seen a dermatologist or gone to a pain clinic where on earth anesthesiologists work? I would. I'm sorry you are suffering from this and the rude comments. Have the doctors observed this? did you see a neuro surgeon or an orthopedic spine surgeon?
