Had a spinal slap 4 days ago. Any notion why I've have excruciating headache for 2 days?
If I am in an upright position (sitting up or standing up) for longer than 30 minutes, I get these excruciating headache. If they continue I will probably go to the ER. The headaches don't lone subside when I lay flat on my tummy. The pain lessens when I lay on my back but the throbbing is completely alleviated when I lay on my tummy. Any ideas or suggestions?

It is a spinal headache. Which is caused from a hole is spinal cord which does not close on its own after a spinal hit. It is quite common. You should go to the ER to see how they want to treat it. They usually do a blood patch and the headache will go away immediately.
However, where it have been 4 days they may tell you to lie down and do minimal movement until it heal on its own.
If you are getting the pain only after 30 minutes of standing, it will pass. The classical torment associated with spinal injection would start as soon as your head left the pillow. Take a tylenol for immediately.
