Has anyone have a spinal disc replacement?
I had 2 repalced L4/L5 and LS/L5 in November. I'm 26 has anyone have it done, Just wondered how recovery was and if i'm one of the youngest.
yes your quite immature for that type of surgery. recovery is difficult but manageable. you should do fine especially due to your age. I had it done when I be 36 a few year ago now. The operation was a complete success despite the nouns rate only being 60 40 then. The operation are far more successful now. I do all things physical and have no restrictions. I did verbs because my surgeon had the operation twice himself!! So if you do have it done, just net it a priority to look after your back in future. Good luck.
