Has anyone out in that ever have surgery for spinal stenosis?
If you have PLEASE ask the dr. to giv u physical therapy after surgery. I can't tell you how much throbbing I'm in to get relief from stiffness surrounded by my neck. I'm in massage analysis and it's certainly not a walk in the park!
