Has anyone out at hand have the spinal fusion call the 360? If you did what be your salvage time?

I am 33 yrs old and I had a 360 Spinal Fusion st L5-S1 back contained by Jan. 2006. I was off work for about 10 months. They enunciate you can return to work, if you are up to it, around three months after surgery. But I didn't want to take the chance of messing anything up. I just took my time and permit my body recover. I'm glad I had it done. I can do a lot of the things I used to withhold from doing because of the back pain. Still, I do have my bleak days. It is not a 100% cure-all.
