Having cramp within the put money on of d¨Ścolletage where on earth the spinal cord is?

my b/f just called me from work. he is having a really fruitless pain in the back of his d¨Ścolletage (he says where the spinal cord is) he says its not a headache or d¨Ścolletage ache, any ideas on what this could be? he is in alot of agony.
