How can I straighten my rear legs? Or spinal cord?

Due to years of sitting a certain way, my back have developed a kind of arch. Nothing major. But I'd like to correct the problem if at adjectives possible. Can someone please give me some tips on how to resolve this problem?
Assuming it isn't a more serious problem such as scoliosis, there are several things you can do.
First, if you're sitting for long periods of time, trademark sure you have an ergonomic chair.
Maintain proper posture. Get up, stretch and walk around whenever you can. Remember that it is in actuality better for your back to "slouch" with your bottom slid forward in the stool and the lower part of your back curved, than bending the shoulders forward.
If you haven't already, start an exercise program (biking, swimming, walking) to help strengthen your posterior muscles.
Oh this my favorite question in the world.

Let me tell you what I do; I slouch down because it's my prerogative. You, because, you are yourself focus on what technique works best for you so you're concentration doesn't jump down off any handle.

Well, at least that's what I do..

thank you, thank you
There are enduring stretches you can do. You can also sign up for some yoga or pilates classes.
