How do I treat my little dog that have spinal injury?

I'm assuming that it's gone to the vet and has had xrays etc? if not do so urgently and use spinal cord precautions or c-spine precautioons. meaning don't move its neck/head around. keep body aligned. this can prevent further damage and risk for paralysis.
