How to "crack" my lower spinal bones?

I have a problem with my lower spine, with what feel like the bone just before where on earth the butt meets the lower back.
What I want to know is, if there is some stretch to pop the lower spinal bones so my final doesn't feel so stiff.
And no, I don't have the money to go to a chiropracter, because I'm unresponsive broke.

As in only $75 in my wallet =(

Answers:    sit on a hard chair and slide down to the edge of it next to your lower back at the edge then push your butt down and belly up... it will crack right away.
dude only lay on your back on the edge of your bed and slide(your head going ground first) and it will most plausible pop it
