I am currently contained by a workers comp bag. i h ave be advise by a dr that i entail a spinal fusion.?
my l4l5 disc is ruptured as is the one below it and i have 4 more bulging. i got a second opinion and they said equal thing. i am in constant pain next to my back and nothing soothes it. workers comp denied my ttd checks. i have a lwyer file a motion to try and get them started. my question is about how much is this overnight case worth in the end. i hate to meditate i am going to go through all of this for almost nothing. can anyone sustain me out here
I thought you were "going through all of this" to try to get in good health and to become more capable of performing gainful, recreational and avocational activity. Moreover, your attorney may enjoy recognized your conflicting concerns, "do I want to get better versus do I want to maximize my impairment/disability award?"
