Hi everyone. I am 35 years old with 3 children. After my boys were both born I did aerobics to catch back in shape and it worked. After my daughter was born, they found Degeneration within my L4 L5 that has progressed over the last 4 years. Now I also have bone spurs within my neck and "slightly" bulging discs. I am in pain ALL THE TIME. I know losing some shipment may even help my pain situation (or that is at most minuscule what I hope). What can I do to take off some pounds. I do not hardly drink at all so I do not think it is a diet thing, I will hold a bowl of soup or some cereal once a day, that is about it. I do not guzzle meat. Any suggestions.. Please, I really need some help.

Hello There,I can total have a handle on,i have had three back surgeries and my nouns fused,i feel if i would have taken care of this from the capture go,i would not have had to budge through all this,and still live in pain everyday.my warning to you is please please get to a doctor and if you dont choose surgery(which in my case at the point within time there was not another option)dont but yourself on the back burner close to i did..Yes weight loss will help,But from what i read your straveing your system,and your boby knows this,soup and ceral will not cut it,as a event of fact it will make things worse,if you smoke stop,its not the nicotene,its the chemicals in the smoke that verbs the bones,you can lose weight by just eating healthyI lost 70 pds,i of late took all the sugar out completely used splenda drink just regular green tea and vegies,i do eat meat but small portions,and any sugar is automatic,honey,apples grapefruit is wonderful,and all so burns fat..i could not stand the taste of them.but i bought the ruby red and put splenda on it and apt to go..I buy fresh or frozen fruits,blueberries rasberries,mix them with Plain yogurt in a blender next to splenda(mix to your own taste)and a banana and good to go,Also good protein,As for your spinal L4 L5,after a doc vist reheat showers less stress and a whole lot of praying..those wre also my problem areas,spurs on the ledt side of my neck and adjectives my disc where gone in my neck so a fushion be done,I waited to long plus my job would not listen after some surgeries,and i made a wrong choice out of fear..not perfect.I am 51 and my whole life has changed fron this dynamic people person to regrets of not buting myself first when it was needed..you are alot younger,mine be found when i was 48,so please get highly literary on this and take control of your health now..God bless..p,s also apple cider vinager 2 teaspoons contained by 8 ounces of any liquid 30 mins before meals help,it has every mineral the body needs,I as do small walks.any movement is better than none.bending picking things up use your legs not your hindmost,a good back brace,they have them very soon that are quite comfortable,and make you look slimer,..But again a very well brought-up doctor..take care
