I hold a austeophyte at L5 disk and mild straighting contained by my spinal code as per 25th Dec 07 MRI?

After having fall down at bathroom in 1993 severe backbone pain strarted and some times unable to move my right leg after having treatments it be ok to 1993 end to 1998 then again time to time comming and going. In 2007 from may to up to now coming the affliction frequently and doing medication and phsiotheropy. What will be the best solution to get rid of this severe back pain and some times unqualified to move or turn my leg the pain comes from my back to the toes with numbness some times. I am upset please advise me.
