Answers: You can point, but you can't shoot. :) You can get an erection, but you cannot ejaculate. You generally do not have any sensation down near, either.
An erection is due to the rush of blood to the organ. Therefore as long as the organ has a blood supply, no problem. As for feeling anything, you do not hold to be able to feel, as in touch to own a feeling, as in emotional, daydream, dream. I have a friend who is quadriplegic, who got married and just become a Father to Twins! Good Luck
