If you have have surgery how did it turn out, and what did you have done. DESPERATE PLEASE HELP.
Wow, sounds like you have lot of backache and history with back problems. Have you tried Physical Therapy? Possibly, mechanical traction could be beneficial for you. It help to relieve pain in those tight spinal muscles and mobilize the spine. It also helps to "depart up" the intervertebral spaces of your spine. I would speak to the doctor about all your options, back proceeding with surgery. If you have nerve wounded that impairs your ability to walk or urinate/defecate, afterwards you need to try surgery. Surgery does not improve pain particularly well and in fact a few years after surgery you are worse than if you don't enjoy surgery.

You could try injections, aqua therapy and/or physical therapy with core strengthening. Weight loss is also recommended. If you are depressed, pocket care of that also as being depressed makes throbbing worse. Quit smoking. Nicotine interferes with the pain medicine working within your brain. Make sure that your thyroid, testosterone and vitamin d levels are ok (chronic pain and pain pills depletes them all).

Surgery might nouns tempting, but unless it is for muscle weakness, I wouldn't do it. I see many relations with back pain after their operation.
