Is it possible to straighten an 80 level spinal curve minus any hurt?
i have scoliosis and i was wondering if it is possible to straighten my spine completley without anyone paralyzed?

my friend have it as well, and she wore braces for a while and it really helped her
or there is a surgery that you can grasp as well
I think your best answer would be to go and chat to a chiropracter. They would be capable of see your spine proportions and check the balance between the disks and see if they can be manipulated. You could improve it near pilates which teaches posture and muscle definition. I am not sure that it would straighten it completely but it may improve for you. cant you get a brace or surgery?
