Ladies, enjoy you ever have a D&C operation near a short time ago a spinal or epidural for anesthesia? How be it?
I've had a spinal before for surgery and it was GREAT! no misery, no grogginess from General Anesthesia and no horrible after effects from being given Versed (god I hate that drug!!.)
I'm just wondering if anyone have had this for this type of procedure. How was it? Would you recommend it to others?
(not for an abortion, for a scraping of a intensely thick uterine lining and removing a uterine polyp.)
Answers: I have have 2 knee surgeries with spinal, a D & C, 2 babies, tubal ligation, and total hysterectomy with spinal. I loved it. I have general anesthesia for kidney removal and puked for hours afterwards. I would recommend.
