Low impact exercises for spinal/hip injury?
I have spinal stenosis. Can you name some good low impact exercises that I can do?
Walking is probably best. Start out slow and close to home. If you start to have a feeling pain or tire out, turn around and head back. Or be in motion to the track at the local high school, so you can track your distance.
You can actually buy DVD's that enjoy walking exercises you can do at home, walking in place, too.
What is Sclerosis of the spinal cord?
Central a bundle of nerves consists of what? is it the brain and spinal cord?
Does morphine camouflage the symptoms of tumors contained by the spinal column, near memory& sensory?
