My Spinal hurts after wake up today, why?
The pain is not constant, but when it comes it really stings. It's the kind of feeling you discern when you stretch but it is more severe. Maybe bad sleeping position?
It could have been the position you be in all night or even something to do next to what you had done the day prior.I am not a Dr. but I have suffered vertebrae problems for some 40 yrs now , that includes 3 spinal fusions. The stinging sounds to me like when I pulled a muscle, which can be quite prickly in itself. I suggest if the problem does not subside with maybe some Aleve orTylenol along next to either heat or ice, which ever feel best. see a Dr.
I have a spinal fusion surrounded by 2005.I am still contained by agony everyday. I hold no insurance to see a doctor what will back.

My mother is 83 and suffering from spinal stenosis. Pain meds don't work, surgery is out. Suggestions?
