On Medicare and hold lesser insurance. Need spinal surgery, lower insurance will not clear for surgery at

particular hospital. They want me to go to another hospital. The surgeon there will not do one and the same proceedure as first surgeon (which I perfer). What can I do to have this covered at first hospital by first surgeon.
You really can do anything except try to appeal their decision. You can do that by calling your secondary and asking where on earth you can submit a member appeal to (you should also let whoever you are speaking to know the situation, so it goes to the right appeals address).
Or you can of late go with Medicare and forget about the minor. Medicare pays out at 80% anyway, and there is always a chance your doctor would still stick you near a bill because secondaries don't always pay anyway. I would just steal the chance if I were you. Your only prospect is to see how much medicare will cover. If not you need to have your records sent to the surgeon at the covered hospital and after see if he or one of the other surgeons at this hospital will do the surgery for you.
go to India, they have surgeries at 10% what we do and their health strictness is almost exactly the same.
