Pinched SI pooled and spinal misalignment cause hormonal imabalance?
Hi, I have a pinched SI joint and my spine is out of alignment in my nouns and upper back. This is due to my feet which I just figure out and I am waiting for my custom made orthotics. However, aside from chronic pain in my head and subsidise I have been experiencing other problems such as digestive issues, food intolerances, and pretty bad hormonal inequality. I am on a bio-identical hormone cream but it's not doing the trick and was told that with the stuff going on in my spine here is nerve interference which can cause other illnesses in the body, including hormonal discrepancy. Is this true and if so, can someone point me to some websites or books? I am actually excited about this concept because I have not be able to figure out why I am not getting better next to everything I am doing - hormone cream, diet, exercise, baths, rest, etc.
