Please give a hand me beside this discomfort give somebody the third degree from attempted spinal thump!?
They attempted to do 3 spinal taps today. The never got nothing but I am contained by a lot of pain. Can you do anything to ease the headache? I refused to have anymore done! They wanted to try again. It hurts beside everything I do! EVERYTHING! Do you have any suggestions?
Answers: I've had it done a couple of times and it is really painful. The merely thing that worked to ease the pain besides strain meds was a hot water bottle wrapped in a soft towel as hot as you can stand it.
I know how you touch and hope they get it right next time and maybe you won't hold to have it again.

i had it and it hurt and lasted for 15 years. adjectives i can say is do not do any lifting and stay away from any type of stress. The suggestions you have received are good ones, I dream up.
The only thing I could add to it is to check beside your Primary care doctor, and make sure you aren't mixing medications.
If adjectives your prescriptions are with the same druggist, they can usually keep track of what you are taking, newly to be sure nothing over the counter will interact badly, and if not, engender a list of all the meds you take and bring it beside you.
i had the same thing start to me and it seemed like the doctor was playing pin the tail on the jackass!!. He finally get it done correctly but not before causing extreme nerve dull pain and temporary paralysis/numbing of the lower leg (was lumbar puncture). It took several months before the leg felt close to middle-of-the-road.
The next time I had it done (in course of chemotherapy for the spine) i insisted on someone who had lots of experience and that worked out ably, Sometimes your spinal architecture makes it difficult to to do the procedure but they do have a scope that they use that should manufacture it easier than 3 or 4 misses.
