I think you should be interested in the 'visceral afferent fibres (or fibers)'.

There are 2 reference below, but they will need you to be able to speak 'medicalese' <g> The first reference give T1 to L2 and S2 to S4.

Otherwise perhaps a Google search for <visceral afferent fibres OR fibers peritoneum>
