Shoulder and spinal distress?

i dont know how to describe my feelings but i will try to summarize it in points.

. i drive car day by day for about 3 hours. when i finish driving some sort of pain is felt contained by my upper right shoulder and lower left part of ribcage or spine end.i dont know what to call for that part but its above buttocks.

.when i take some rest the i feel some nouns.

but some times when i am sitting (working on PC) the pain is again there.

. when i walk .ooo i be aware of very relieved.but my schedule does not allow me to walk for an hour on a daily basis.

i am 25 years old male,.. dont exercise... but i am not stating that so that you people start unfolding me importance of exercisng but becuse its my schedule...i know execrcing is important...

please explain to what should i do.

Answers:    Hi- No preachin from me.I live in Chronic Pain and it sucks. I have a very discouraging (and 20 yr old) shoulder injury. The injury involves my spinal area, and I have degeneration of the spine and shoulder as a result of this crap injury. I do go to a Pain Management Clinic. They own helped improved my life immensely. I've be a Patient for 3 years now. I use a Tens unit as needed, and also, have injections to aid surrounded by getting the pain to calm down. It is always near, DEEP DEEP PAIN!
I won't even go into my knee issues, okay!

I would suggest that you try a few of these things, but, PLEASE see a Physician, and go from in that...

800 mg of Ibuprophen every 6 hours- it is a great anti-inflammatory med- Liquid Aleve is good, also.
Try icing the area, even while driving. This may help. A pod of veggies make for a great ice bag..
REST when you can, despite your busy agenda! It is important you try this.
Try some kind of neck rest that you can use while driving.
One great item I use is a product called "Thermacare"- It is like having a heat pad without an annoying electric cord. This produces deep incisive heat for 8 hours, and is very effective.

I've tried Physical Therapy. Of course, my wonderful insurance plan merely paid for 12 sessions per year. Deep Muscle Massages do help. In addition, a Chiropractor is a honest place to go.

My Uncle is a retired Physician. He saw me while I was visiting him over the week-end.Even he be amazed (a) how badly the state of my shoulder is in. He usually has adjectives kinds of advice, but, was speechless!

Go to the doctor. Could be sitting in the car and then contained by a computer chair all day.You might try getting a better bench for work. You still need to check it out with your doctor. In my opinion and it is lone my opinion they are going to be a generation of people that are going to hold problems from sitting at computers all day long and it is beginning to show ,the best warning would be for you to go to a physio and he /she will be able to sort you out ,if that does not work then check it out near your gp. Check it out with the physio first then the gp . thats important.
could be sciatica but usually spasm travels down into the legs not up to the shoulder :

I have had a bad shoulder injury that required surgery, but it never cause pain that low in my back purely down the arm and up my neck. Only other thing I could think of is you may hold a pinched nerve in your back. I'd particularly get it checked.
