Spinal anaesthesia versus a broad one?

I need a caesarian section soon and despite having two previous section, one using the general block and the other using the spinal block, I just dont know what to do this time. I enjoyed anyone awake the second time round and had no complications at all, baby be fine and alert, but now, I dont know if I am getting older or what it is, I just verbs so much about having the injection near my spine, thinking I get hold of paralyzed. Although I have not heard of anyone getting paralyzed. I know the general block is smaller number suitable for the mother and the baby as well, but I am worried about mortal in panic, and what good is a merciful at the theatre, when her state of mind is not good, she cant relax and thinks of bleak things? Please advice, advice from people who are vigour professionals specially welcome or from those, who experience the advantages or disadvatages of both types of block. Thank you.
A general anaesthetic involves a lot more risks and you will be comatose with your airway controlled by a machine and feel groggy and sick afterwards and own no memory of your childs birth which I wouldnt recommend unless a total emergency comes up. Feeling agitated is quite common they will give you a diamorphine shot if you right to be heard you feel anxious and sick, and everything becomes clear in the room, and you relax 100% although you will reason your nose is itchy later on! Ive never heard of anyone one paralysed after a routine spinal block. General means that they knock you out with an IV, you have no memory of anything. Becoming paralysed is extremely unusual and if you've done it before no problems, then why not do it again? General anaesthesia is dangerous, you enjoy a tube down your throat to help you breathe, you wake up feeling disgusting, and it take awhile to feel better like several hours. I would just receive a spinal, that way you can remember the experience and get to start bonding with your toddler.
