Spinal condition?

For the past year or maybe more, i have four...nobs that stick out farther next the rest in my spine. Usually they are darker then the rest of my skin, close to four brown spots. when i sit in a chair it hurts and they grind against the chair. Yesterday i be on a ride where it moved you around a lot against your back. When i get home i lifted up my shirt because my back was hurting, and i have four huge red welt-almost looking things. It hurts badly like a bruise now, but the red things are gone. I dont know exactly what to do?
