Most of these offices, if you stir into them, they will give you a hard sell and try to return with you to go in for multiple visits and probably try to vend it to you for a couple of thousands of dollars. You can buy a machine that does the same thing for something like five to six hundred dollars. They just make it fancy for the office situation. What you inevitability to do is find someone that can properly diagnose your lower back and give you their best suggestions for your condition. The hard chunk is finding someone like that. Good Luck
