Spinal Decompression treatment?

Has anyone had this treatment? Your experience please

Answers:    I have had this thearpy a couple of times. One time be 20 session in 6 weeks, the other was maintainace. It can be very impressive if you truley have compressed discs.
Its not painful, but a little boring, lay there for 20 plus minutes being strapped down.
As with anything involving "doctors", listen to your body and how you have a feeling, and be in control of your thearapies.
I have heard of this treatment. It seem quite a bit money to pay out to be honest. When I was younger I have meningitis and they thought the bacteria was growing in my right hip. The put me surrounded by traction for a week as they thought that it may affect the growth in my right leg. They told me that when the hip/spine area needs 'stretched' they do this but that I could also give support to it when I got home by hanging upside down. This helps to space the discs out and hold on to the fluid between them. I do this once a week now and it certainly helps me and it is free. You can decompress your spine at home near a inversion table.Works just as good at a fraction of the cost. Check it out on the web. I use one every year and it is great!
