Spinal disc herniation/slipped disc?

I have a herniated /slipped disc in my lower back surrounded by v2,3,4,5 apparently. NSAIDS (aspirin) have little effect and I cant get access to physiotherapy for some time still. I s there any sort of of exercises I can do on my own to business with the pain and speed up the healing proccess?

Answers:    Have you have a MRI? You state apparently and are taking aspirin? If you had a MRI then you should know if the discs are protrusions, extrusions or sequestrated. V 2,3,4,5, means nought to me, you can have C, T, L, or S but not V. Best of Luck
