Spinal disorders...Im 16 and just now i notice that i own a curvy spine?

Can anyone tell me what to do to be more straight, I dont want my spine to get deformed..SOME PEOPLE SAY that i should walk more and stay surrounded by front of the computer less but its not working plsssss help

Answers:    it could be sculiosis? you hold to get that checked by a doctor. if it happens to be sculiosis and you don't do anything about it your spine could be 90 amount angle when you're old. but if it's at the top, near the neck, that's freshly a posture issue. stand against a wall, and the back of your head should just scarcely touch the wall, along with your shoulder blades, that's correct posture even though it feels extremely proper.
hi;
for me i went to the doctors and she made me bend down and try to touch my toes which she saw that my shoulder blades are massively different from one another which is comon factor with a illness like this; ive research and be told its either a brace or surgey which they sticka meatl rod up your back to fix it. my mom told me to always hike face front and sit in the correct posture.

good luck i hold a doctors appointment tomrrow. at 3:30
There's no way to straighten a curved spine unless you use a brace, or through surgery. You can make it worse by slumping, and having desperate posture, however.

Best of luck!
everyone has a curvy spine. :P
dont get too worried, it probably isnt anything major
you could stir to a chiropractor though... ask some questions, it wouldnt hurt :P
i have curvy spine also :(
wat i do is to try to remember to stand tall
