Spinal stern pains, not sure what it is or what happen any clue?
For the last week I've slept on the couch because the baby in the bedroom would stir up from the TV noise. I sit on the computer a lot and at times find myself slouching.
My problem is my neck cracks when I turn it disappeared and right. When I lay in bed my spine begins to hurt. I'm not sure what this is from but if anyone has a clue what these symptoms relate to, I would appreciate it. I hold a doctors appointment on Friday and I hope it's nothing serious.
I've read on the Internet that this could be a sign of cancer in the spine or arthritis. It's either one of those two or possibly just being on the computer so much and laying on the couch probably did this to me. Anyone beside ideas or knowledge of what this might be? I'm really scared and I'm a paranoid personage. I know, the Internet is the last place for me to be.
Answers: I think you are reading to much into this and becoming paranoid in the process! What you have need of to do is get back in bed. and if the kid wakes up -SO WHAT!
Try and practice good posture! I think adjectives you need to do is when you go to the Dr, ask for a prescription for Physical therapy and carry a damn good massage, on your neck and final.
You may want to also ask for pool therapy so you can relax and feel good exercising. and ask for some tips on computer posture.
How could you possibly relate this to cancer - why are you doing this to yourself?

Look, I am NOT trying to say you do not have a problem, I am only minimizing because you have give no other symptoms or said you injured yourself or symptoms to believe otherwise
I HOPE all it is, is poor posture and the certainty hat you are on the couch! YOU REALLY do not want back problems.
I have deal with it for 22 yrs - and if I felt otherwise I would tell you
if you departed anything out or you simply want to talk msg me!
