Spinal fluid... Possible filter or is it majority?

I have spondylolisthesis. And I work as a CNA which is very hard on my rear legs. Lately, I've been getting tingling sensations down my back. And at the bottom of my spine, it feels as if hot fluid is flowing down. It's bothersome.

Is that normal?
