Spinal headache?

ok i have a major headache. it wont go away. ive tried everything. my friend think its a spinal headahce what u think
not sure what i spinal headache is but im guessing its a headache in the back or your cranium right by your neck? i get those a lot and its because of stress..it sucks i know..try advil? be this the first time?
my wife when she was on her 3rd month pregnancy she was having a extremely bad migrainne, plus sinusitis. that she described it as if her head is being squeezed hard inside
