Spinal loin torment?
I'm a 16 year old male, healthy, and 155 lbs so not "over weight" at adjectives.. I'm very athletic and have a strong build.
I've had fund problems for about 3 years now, but yesterday it got worse!
If you touch your spinal cord and jump to the right or left about an inch you can feel a loin/muscle w/e you wanna beckon it. Yesterday it felt like that was numb the together day. When I put pressure on it or sat in a bench, it hurt like non-other..
What can this be? and how can I help it?
