I do martial arts at school, and we were doing adjectives these yoga like stretches and my spine started to tingle. It was really uncomfortable and a few days hold passed but now my lower back, will just adjectives of a sudden start stinging, it feels like pins and needles, and its really uncomfortable.
I don't know whats wrong, and in a minute im starting to get the stinging in my arms and other parts of my body.
