Spinal backbone aching?
I'm a 16 year old male, healthy, and 155 lbs so not "over weight" at adjectives.. I'm very athletic and have a strong build.
I've had spinal column problems for about 3 years now, but yesterday it got worse!
If you touch your spinal cord and run to the right or left about an inch you can feel a loin/muscle w/e you wanna name it. Yesterday it felt like that was numb the intact day. When I put pressure on it or sat in a bench, it hurt like non-other..
What can this be? and how can I help it?
Answers: For the record, you can't quality your spinal chord...its encased..safely within your spinal column. What you need to do for this dull pain is go see a neurologist. Numbness might be a sign of nerve compression and/or damage. Don't continue too long, though..because I waited and things just got worse
