Spinal problem how fruitless is it?

was feeling pain contained by my left leg when i used to bent.some one ask me to do mri and results are
annular bulges at l4-5 and l5-s1 levels more so at l5-s1 coupled with central/left postero lateral protrusion at this horizontal seen compromising adjoining thecal sac/neural foraminna with suggestion of impingement onto the close neural components. Ligamentum flava appears minimally prominent at l5-s1 seen further compromising the adjoining thecal sac.rest of the thecal sac and its content appears unmarkable.No evidence of any intra spinal mass seen.Mid body sagittal diameters if the thecal sac are as follows:
L1=14.3 MMS L2: 14.6 L3:11.3 L4:09.0 L5:10.0
SAGITTAL DIAMETERS OF THE THECAL SAC AT DISC LEVELS:
L1-2:12.6MMS L2-3:12.6 L3-4=10.6 L4-5=08.3 L5-S1 05.7 MMS
screening of the rest spine revels straigtning of the cervical curvature othervise no significant disc herniation could be appreciated surrounded by the cervical regions.Pre and the paravetrabel soft tissues appear unremarkable.
These results are 4-5 months old. i am not feeling pain contained by my back but i never had paid within back but yes when i bend i feel stretch in my gone leg and feel stifness in back surrounded by the moring which goes away as day progresses. Any suggestions how to help this i tried physiotherapy but to no avail are near any other better solutions.i am 24 and want to ive a normal life..i saw a doctor with these mri,s he say that if u r nt feeling any pain there is no have need of to worry now these thing run with time. in case u quality pain then we might suggest sumthing else.he also said that its not serious at the moment and even a common man can enjoy this if he has an MRI. IS HE RIGHT

Answers:    He's absolutely right! it tends to cure by itself.. that's the justification u don get pain nowadays and the explanation why why your doc has asked you to wait..!
You are young plenty not to feel pain. That does not mean you do not enjoy a problem.

You do have a problem, and you'd better check it out not with MD's, but a Chiropractor or Shiatsu therapist (in the U.S.).

Unless you fix it in a minute or you will pay the consequences later on.
