Spinal tab..grounds of a c-section?

i had a c-section a month ago. and i had a spinal tab. 13 mo ago i had another c-section (epid.) and in a minute my back still hurts do you think it might be inflamed? Please Help!!

Answers:    was it a spinal to offer you medication? If inflamed or infected you would probably have bad headaches.
it may not be related to the procedure
it may be due to wrong posturing and deficiency of spinal exercises!!
