Spinal Tap?
I had one done last night and am still really very sore, I cannot sit down or even walk for very long. Is this conventional? The doctor said I should be able to drive and walk but I am totally bed ridden! Should I go hindmost in?
Answers: No. It's not unusual to be very sore and stiff the next morning. The doctor said you could drive and walk- he didn't say you'd be comfy doing it. Just take life unproblematic for today. Try a heating pad on the back, put your foot up, and just go slow. It may take a few days to lose adjectives the soreness. You can also use some Ibuprofen to help if you like. It's normal. If you are still sore within another day or so- then it's time to see the doctor again.
