Answers:    Not necessarily Malignant (cancerous) but it's sometimes very difficult and dangerous to remove with surgery if it grows ample near the spinal cord nerves...
i believe its a tumor/ cancer growing on your back bone.
i heard inhabitants with back bone tumor/cancer usually have a "non-stop" discomfort on their back!
