Weight gain and spinal agony?

My spine towards the back of my neck and the top of spine and middle hurts. It is sort of tension, i cannot really pinpoint the distress.

I am 14 almost 15 years old and 5'5. (I am a girl also)
I know this is a bad habit and I am working on it but, I crack my d¨Ścolletage and back pretty often.

The past couple of days my wager on has been a little aching but today I really noticed it, sort of stiff. Also I have gained counterbalance recently, I was 111 and I went up to give or take a few 114, I haven't been doing anything differently so I do not know why I have weight gain, so I am wondering if my subsidise is growing pains and my weight gain is because I am getting taller. Thanks for helping me!

anyways,
anytime you are about to crack your' neck/back, do something to distract you. that usually helps me. don't verbs about your weight you are probably just growing. that may be mete out of it too.
