What are the side effects of mri spinal contrast dye?

Answers:    i have had many mri beside contrast for the spin and head and have never had a response or side effect, besides a the small brusie at the intject site.
I have heard of chronic and bad subsidise pain by people who have have myelograms with contrast dyes, and it was suggested to them(too late of course) that they should own had a catscan. I don't know if the same applies to MRI dyes. I doubt that there are any, as they are used regularly contained by that procedure. If you feel any kind of pain or discomfort, though, I wouldn't rule the dye out as a possible basis...
only side effect as you call it --the dye is constantly present to confuse to misguide you
