What can I do to go and get rid of the itchiness around my blemish after scoliosis spinal surgery?

Is their any creme or pills that might help? And how can you manage to reach parts of your stern that are unreachable. (So far I have tried a plastic spachula)My back is numb and itchy at the same time? Yikes!

Answers:    Only a suggestion, but I'd try foot lotion for a start. (Having a family member that is liable to scratch your back is also good.)

A hanger explicitly bent so that it is long might be really good. It should have a curved corner as the part explicitly touching you. Its good because the rounded corner won't scratch or tear you. You might consider wipe the part that touches you with alchahol or am I being too measured? :-)

Try a back scratcher, rubbing up against something else, another family member can also relief reach difficult areas if its not private, rubbing a towel over the affected area, etc.

Be creative!

Be vigilant, though. If your scar hasn't completely healed, I wouldn't want it to get infected or torn undo (even a little).
